Preparation:
Place the HHF Kashmir Mutton Seekh Kebab on a plate after removing it from the package.
Frying Pan On The Hob (Cooking time: 5 - 7 minutes)
An oil or ghee teaspoon should be heated in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
Spread out the kebabs on the surface of the pan and let them sear on all sides.
Occasionally flip the kebabs until they are golden brown all over.
Oven Method (Cooking time: 6 - 7 minutes)
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Place the kebabs in the oven on a lightly greased baking tray.
After 2-3 minutes, flip the kebabs and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.
Serving Suggestion:
The spicy pudina chatni should be served hot with lemon wedges, onion rings, and lemon wedges
