If it’s not Lamb, we won’t sell it
For meat to stay fresh and retain its natural juices, it needs to be stored at a temperature between 0° and 5°C. Throughout the entire process of procuring, cleaning, cutting, and storing the product until it leaves for delivery, we maintain this temperature. Even when it’s out for delivery, we keep it chilled right up to your doorstep. Did we mention that we’re obsessed?
HHF will charge only for what you buy
Everyone does this, right? Actually, no. Meat is generally weighed first, then cut up, and the unsuitable parts are discarded, such as offal, gizzards, wingtips, etc. In spite of this, you still pay based on the original weight, even if what you receive is only 10% to 30% of the original weight
